There is no assurance that such objective will be achieved. The Benchmark tracks the performance of the investment grade, fixed-rate, taxable corporate bond market whose maturity ranges between 1 to 9.9999 years. It includes USD-denominated securities publicly issued by US and non-US industrial, utility and financial issuers. In the event that the Benchmark is no longer published, the Directors shall designate, by notice to the Shareholders, a replacement index and this Supplement will be updated accordingly.
