The investment objective of the Fund is to closely match the risk and return characteristics of the iSTOXX Northern Trust Emerging Markets Low Volatility Climate ESG Index (the "Reference Index"), less the fees and expenses of the Fund. The Fund operates an index tracking strategy whereby it seeks to closely match the risk and return characteristics of the Index by investing directly in assets that are Index constituents.
