Sustainability criteria are not taken into account in the index selection. As a result, sustainability risks are not included due to the investment objective of the sub-fund. The asset manager aims to replicate the benchmark in compliance with the limits set out in the investment policy of the sub-fund. The sub-fund therefore qualifies, in UBS Asset Management's opinion, as an “Article 6 financial product” under Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector (SFDR).
