The Fund also aims to constrain carbon intensity in respect of its corporate bond portfolio by targeting at least 50% lower weighted carbon intensity than the Index. Certain environmental, social or governance criteria will be used to determine whether investments are eligible for the Fund as described further in this Supplement. The Fund’s objective to constrain carbon intensity relative to the Index is not performed with a view to achieving the long-term global warming objectives of the Paris Agreement.
