For cash management purposes, the main part of the nets assets will be invested in bonds issued by governments of the Euro Zone member countries, the European Union or the European Investment Bank with residual maturity up to twenty-four (24) months and must have a rating from at least one of the following rating agencies: BB (S&P, Fitch) or Ba2 (Moody's).
