The Fund´s investment objective is to seek capital appreciation over the long term. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in the equity securities issued by primarily U.S. growth companies across all market capitalizations. A growth company is one that the Investment Manager expects will grow at a faster rate than the broad market. A fundamental, bottom-up process that combines research, valuation and stock selection will be employed to identify companies with underappreciated growth potential that the Investment Manager believes will achieve above-average earnings growth over the next several years. Growth companies will include those which based on its research, the Investment Manager believes have leading competitive positions which will lead to sustainable growth.
