The Investment Objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve medium to long term capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund will seek to achieve this investment objective primarily through investment in a diversified portfolio of securities issued by companies with operations that engage in innovative and technologically advanced commercial transactions (Ecommerce). In particular, the Sub-Fund will seek to invest in those companies that are directly or indirectly involved in the retailing or provision of goods and services through electronic and digital means.
