When selecting investments, the Investment Sub-Manager pays particular attention to accelerating sales and earnings growth rates, strong earnings momentum and positive earnings surprise, high earnings quality, and technical factors. Sector and country allocations are generally determined by where the Investment Sub-Manager finds the best investment opportunities.
