The objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek long-term capital growth while reducing the risk of capital loss. The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve this objective through the acquisition of financial instruments at market value substantially below their intrinsic value. The Investment Manager will seek to achieve long-term total returns by investing in companies whose core business, in the opinion of the Investment Manager, aims to generate social and/or environmental change alongside a financial return.
