The fund’s investment objective is to provide income and capital growth by investing directly or indirectly in senior secured fixed income securities. The Portfolio will implement its strategy by investing all or part of the net proceeds of Shares in (i) transferable securities; (ii) exchange traded and OTC financial derivative instruments (“FDI”) (iii) money market instruments (iv) other collective investment schemes and (v) deposits, cash or cash equivalents.
