The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve mid-term capital appreciation, primarily through investment in quoted equities issued by companies with principal offices or significant business activities in Switzerland. In seeking to achieve the Sub-Fund’s investment objective, the Sub-Investment Manager shall invest no less than two-thirds of the Sub-Fund’s assets in: Equities and other equity-type securities and rights (shares, dividend-right certificates, shares in cooperatives, participation certificates, etc.) issued by small and medium-sized companies that are listed on the Index or that carry out the bulk of their business activities in Switzerland. Such equities and other equity-type securities and rights will be listed or traded on Recognised Markets worldwide.
