The Fund will seek to achieve its objective on an active basis. The Fund’s performance target is to outperform the J.P. Morgan CEMBI Broad Diversified Index (the "Benchmark”). The Benchmark is a USD-denominated index of bonds issued by companies that are either headquartered in an emerging market country, or where 100% of the issuer's assets are within emerging market economies, or where 100% of the issuer's assets are secured by assets within emerging market economies.
