PRESS RELEASE | INFORMATION ON LEONTEQ'S SHAREHOLDER BASE

Leonteq AG announced today that Rainer-Marc Frey, Adrian Gut, Felix Oegerli, Tatjana Frey and Herbert Item have formed a shareholder group and together hold 30% in Leonteq shares.

Leonteq has been informed by Rainer-Marc Frey (Freienbach), Adrian Gut (Kastanienbaum), Felix Oegerli (Widen), Tatjana Frey (Freienbach) and Herbert Item (Wollerau) that they have formed a shareholder group for the purpose of closing the transaction with Raiffeisen Switzerland. This group holds 5,568,340 shares, which represent 30.1% of the outstanding Leonteq shares. A large portion of these shares is indirectly held through H21 Macro Limited, Cayman Islands.

As previously communicated, Raiffeisen Switzerland has sold a 22.7% stake in Leonteq, including 16.2% to H21 Macro Limited and a further 6.5% to four private investors. The transaction is subject to customary approvals by the relevant supervisory authorities and is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2026 at the latest.
