The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is to seek total return which exceeds the total return of the S&P 500 index. The objective of the Sub-Fund is to outperform the S&P 500 index by combining an exposure to the Shiller Barclays CAPE® US Sector II ER USD Index (the "Index") and to debt securities as described below.
