The Subfund invests primarily in companies based in North America which are listed on a stock exchange or in companies that are listed on a stock exchange and generate most of their profits or revenues from North America. The investment decisions of the Subfund are the result of secondary research based on both fundamental analysis and valuation analysis. Investment decisions are taken based on a value approach which means that the Subfund invests in companies where the current valuation of a company at the stock exchange is believed to be below the real value of the respective company. The Subfund will invest across all sectors and market capitalizations. The objective of the Subfund is to invest primarily in companies whose business is based in the United States or in Canada.
