NORMA Group confirms Daniel Heymann as COO for a further three years

Maintal, Germany, June 17, 2025 - NORMA Group has extended its contract with Dr. Daniel Heymann as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a further three years. The Supervisory Board of NORMA Group and Dr. Daniel Heymann have mutually agreed to extend the existing contract, which expires in May 2026, by three years until May 2029. 

“With Dr. Daniel Heymann, we have an experienced and highly innovative leader. He has clearly demonstrated his expertise in the global industrial business. Over the course of the last two years, he has played a key role in driving efficiency improvements, automation and quality assurance within the company. As the member of the Management Board responsible for operations, he will play a key role in NORMA Group’s transformation into a focused industrial supplier. We are confident that Dr. Heymann will continue to contribute to the sustainably profitable growth of NORMA Group”, says Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of NORMA Group.

Dr. Daniel Heymann has extensive management experience in the industry and has been responsible for the operational business of NORMA Group as COO since May 1, 2023. He previously served as Executive Vice President at the Dräxlmaier Group, where he was responsible for global operations for vehicle interiors. Dr. Heymann previously held various positions within the Group, including General Manager and COO for component manufacturing, where his responsibilities also covered battery management systems for electric vehicles. He has successfully evaluated processes and capacities in production on several occasions over the course of his career and optimized them in line with “lean management” principles.
