Private Equity Holding AG
/ Key word(s): Net Asset Value
NEWS RELEASE Zürich, March 12, 2025 Net Asset Value as of February 28, 2025 As of February 28, 2025, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) stood at EUR 165.02 (CHF 154.76), representing a change of -0.6% in EUR (-1.4% in CHF) since January 31, 2025. PEH's portfolio performance in February was slightly negative. Positive valuation adjustments for several portfolio funds, supported by the concentration effect of the purchase of treasury shares, could not fully compensate the negative valuation adjustments that were recorded for a number of portfolio funds and one direct Co-Investment. The portfolio was cash-flow negative with total distributions amounting to EUR 1.5m vs. EUR 3.3m paid into the portfolio. A noteworthy distribution was received from H.I.G. Middle Market LBO III from the sale of Soleo Health, a service-oriented, national provider of complex specialty infusion services. In the reporting period, PEH completed a EUR 5.0m commitment to a European buyout fund. *** Private Equity Holding AG (SIX: PEHN) is a listed investment company for private equity investments.
