The Index serves as benchmark for performance comparison purposes. Whilst the Sub-Fund’s securities may be components of the Index, the Sub-Fund will not necessarily invest only in the Index constituents. Numeric Investors LLC, the Sub-Investment Manager of the Sub-Fund (please see further below for more information) has significant freedom to invest in a portfolio that is materially different from the Index composition. The Sub-Fund is actively managed and the Sub Investment Manager may invest in countries and security types not included in the Index in order to take advantage of investment opportunities.
