NETANYA, Israel, March 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that following its previous announcement regarding a best judgment assessment issued to the Company by the Israeli Tax Authority for 2014, the Company and the Tax Authority reached a final agreement in relation to the years 2014-2017 tax assessment. The assessment shall not have a material effect on the Company's financial statements.
