Changes in the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp
The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp has elected Mrs. Lili Kirikal as a new member of the Management Board and the Chief Financial Officer until January 30, 2028. Her diverse and long-term experience from the transaction advisory side of Ernst & Young, combined with her later position as CFO at Sunly provides a unique combination that allows to contribute to the development of Ekspress Grupp.
Starting from January 30, 2025, the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp will be as follows: Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (Chairman of the Board), Karl Anton and Lili Kirikal.

AS Ekspress Grupp is the leading Baltic media group whose key activities include web media content production, and publishing of newspapers, magazines and books. The Group also operates an electronic ticket sales platform and ticket sales offices and offers outdoor screen service in Estonia and Latvia. Ekspress Grupp launched its operations in 1989 and employs almost 1100 people.
