The Supervisory Board of CPI Europe AG has appointed Vít Urbanec and Zdenek Havelka as members of the Executive Board with immediate effect until 31 December 2027. The Executive Board of CPI Europe AG will now consist of Pavel Mechura, Vít Urbanec and Zdenek Havelka, who will be jointly responsible for all areas of the company. Radka Doehring will continue to work for the company as an operational manager and authorized signatory.
